Super Store, we understand the need for viewing items before having them
branded and we have invested alot of money in our sample range to ensure that
we are able to provide this service for you. However it does cost us
significantly to provide this service. For this reason, we have to operate
according to the following terms. We have actually spent over $100,000 on
building one of the most extensive sample ranges in our industry. Unfortunately
due to costs involved, it is financially impossible for us to keep everything
as a sample in all colours and sizes.
By requesting this
service you are agreeing to the following "Sample Service Terms and
Conditions;
Sample Garments are paid for upfront
prior to us being able to dispatch them (this includes account customers).
Sample Garments listed on our
website on the product page can be returned for full refund less $2 per garment
processing fee and less the freight & handling cost.
Sample Garments are for looking and
feeling the quality of the garment only. We may have the style you require, but
may not have this in the colour or size you require.
Sample Garments MUST be returned
within 7 days of your delivery date, folded neatly and with no stains or marks
otherwise a $5 per garment late/launder fee will apply.
When ordering Sample
Garments, it is important to state in the shopping cart that you require
the SAMPLE otherwise we will send to you a NON-SAMPLE garment
which you will not be able to return unless requesting branding.
NON Sample Garments
(not indicated by our website) can be returned to us for branding, if an
exchange in sizing needs to be done, due to some of our manufactures conditions
they do not accept exchanges at all, so please ring before returning, as there
will be a $10.00 exchange fee per garment per garment.
No exchange or
refunds on NON-SAMPLE branded garments.
Garments requested
from our samples range, will NOT be branded with your logo.

Do you have minimums per order?
In most cases... no we do not! But for select product ranges like school wear and hats we do have minimums as imposed upon us by the manufacturer.
We are one the few uniform businesses in Australia that allow you to order as many or as little as you want!
The problem with uniform companies that have a "Minimum Policy" is that you order your bulk range which is fine. But then you want to order one or two new garments for a new staff member and they make you buy 50 units!!! That will never happen here with our apparel range.

YES! We not only supply the largest range of uniforms in Australia, we also offer one of the largest ranges of promotional products!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Should you require samples or garments unbranded, time from order to
delivery can be delivered any where from 1 day to several days depending on your location, freight
times and availability of stock.
Your first order whereby we have to set up your logo can take 3-5 weeks due to the extra time needed in setting up your artwork,
trying on of samples, viewing samples, getting you to view and approve
the embroidery sample etc.
Repeat orders that have already been set up with us can take around 10 working days depending on just how busy our production team and
embroidery team are.
* Please note that even though these turn around times are about 2
weeks faster than our opposition as we do our work in-house, we can
place jobs as priorities and do them even quicker should you have a
deadline. Please note that a fee may be applicable.
* The above mentioned times is subject to change without notice and
production times should be checked for every order as outside
influences can cause unforeseen delays.

Why does The Uniform Super Store allow ordering of samples when competitors do not?
We have spent over $100,000 on building our extensive sample range because we want to offer a full service that will want to make you come back again and again. Our opposition are not prepared to spend the money required in holding stock, in fact most are even back-yarders that close down once they get a bad debt! We have seen it happen!
We want to work with our customers ensuring that they are able to view the garment(s) before placing their actual branded order. Unfortunately, we can not carry ever garment in every size and in every colour as a sample but we do have one of the largest sample ranges in this country for you!

Why does The Uniform Super Store display prices when your competition does not?
This has got to be our favourite question that we are commonly asked! The answer is simple. We are proud of our prices, in fact we wear them as a badge of honour.
We display our prices because we buy in bulk or manufacture our own range and pass on the savings to our customers. That is the strength you have at your disposal when buying from Australia's Uniform Super Store!
Our competitors do not advertise their prices because you would not buy from them when you realise that they are charging you a lot more! OR if they do advertise their prices and they may appear cheaper but you need to read the fine print. They charge more if you want to order from various brands. They charge more for artwork and embroidery set ups. They charge more for freight. They charge more for branding. They charge for unpacking your garments for branding... the list goes on.
PLUS we do your embroidery in-house! We do not outsource and pass the blame onto others for delays when the truth is, you are paying the uniform company for the uniforms and the blame should rest with them should delays occur. Don't let your uniform company use the poor excuse of "it's with the embroiderers and they are behind schedule". This is a cop out! Only use uniform companies that do their embroidery in-house!
