All samples must be paid for upfront. It is worth noting that what you paid for the samples can be applied as a Credit against your order once the samples have been returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To order samples, you simply order them on line! The last step of the ordering facility is that you get to write us a message. For the "message" simply inform us that they are required as samples.
It is worth noting that all sample orders need to be placed on line.

Do you have minimums per order?
In most cases... no we do not! But for select product ranges like school wear and hats we do have minimums as imposed upon us by the manufacturer.
We are one the few uniform businesses in Australia that allow you to order as many or as little as you want!
The problem with uniform companies that have a "Minimum Policy" is that you order your bulk range which is fine. But then you want to order one or two new garments for a new staff member and they make you buy 50 units!!! That will never happen here with our apparel range.

How do i use this web site?

How long does it take to receive my order?
This question really is a "how long is a piece of string" question.
Should you require samples or garments unbranded, time from order to
delivery can be around 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location, freight
times and availability of stock.
Your first order whereby we have to set up your logo can take between
3-6 weeks due to the extra time needed in setting up your artwork,
trying on of samples, viewing samples, getting you to view and approve
the embroidery sample etc.
Repeat orders that have already been set up with us can take
between 2-4 weeks depending on just how busy our production team and
embroidery team are.
* Please note that even though these turn around times are about 2
weeks faster than our opposition as we do our work in-house, we can
place jobs as priorities and do them even quicker should you have a
deadline. Please note that a fee may be applicable.
* The above mentioned times is subject to change without notice and
production times should be checked for every order as outside
influences can cause unforeseen delays.

How much is it for embroidery, printing or even set ups?
For all branding costs, simply click on the button to the left that says "embroidery" or "printing". This will direct you to a full price breakdown of both forms of branding.
With regards to "Set Up" this is a once off fee and that particular logo will not require another set up fee ever again!
Please note that out prices are set up to reward you for bulk orders. This means that the more you buy the more you save!
