WHAT IS kulaSTITCH EMBROIDERY?
kulaSTITCH Embroidery is the art of taking your logo, using the latest embroidery software to digitising it in to a computerised format for our machines to understand.
Put simply, we apply your logo on to almost any garment using a needle and thread. 
 
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I LIKE IT?
Once you place your order with us, we will set up the embroidery and run off a sample. This sample we will email to you for approval. We will not embroider any garment from your order until you have approved the sample. Easy.
***Please note that if your are ordering less then 10 units with a new set up, we will provide a digital set up only for approval and not an actual embroidery sample.
 
HOW DO I GET FREE SET UP?
If you order over 100 garments from us and the garments need embroidery, we will set up the embroidery and provide the sample free of charge.
 
WHAT CAN YOU APPLY EMBROIDERY TO?
The great thing about embroidery is that it can be applied to just about every garment and just about every fabric. It is because embroidery is so incredibly versatile that it also makes it one of the most cost effective methods of branding apparel.
 
WHY USE EMBROIDERY?
First and foremost it provides one of the most professional looking options for branding your chosen garment(s). The next major benefit is that generally speaking, embroidery will out last your garment. Finally and possibly most importantly, it is cost effective!
 
WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR EMBROIDERY?
Generally speaking a JPEG, GIF, PNG are all we really need. A vector art file from Illustrator or CorelDraw (.eps, .ai, .cdr) gives the best results and is much easier for us to work with.
 
WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD ALL THE EMBROIDERY AND SET UP PRICES?
In our industry, we have so many options that are dependent upon so many variations to do with your logo, that we find it better to quote on a job by job basis.

UNPACKING OF GARMENTS FEE.
We charge 0.50c to unpack the garment and prepare for embroidery. This fee also includes the disposal of the packaging.
 
BAG FEE.
To embroider bags, the embroidery will incur a 50% price increase due to the complexities invovled with branding bags.

WHAT IS SUPACOLOUR TRANSFER PRINTING?

Supacolour Transfer Printing is the process of printing your designs onto a special, transferrable material. We can use transfer printing for both light and dark coloured T-Shirts or any other garments. The material used for dark T-Shirts and garments is slightly thicker compared to the white ones. The material used when printing onto white garments is transparent and therefore uses the white of the garment to make the colours stand out whereas the base vinyl for coloured garments is white and so the colours are printed used a CMYK process on top of the white substrate.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING SUPACOLOUR?

Transfer printing is perfect for small orders. It is cost effective, quick and has a decent shelf life. It is ideal for sporting clubs or small business due to the cost effectiveness of the print.

Samples & Returns

THE SAMPLES POLICY EXPLAINED:

Customers can easily order a sample of a garment from our website which we will send to you. Simply order the garment required from the website, make payment and we will ship to you.

We are unable to send out free samples as the expense involved with freight, returns and chasing up the samples is too great when calculated over the course of the year.

Should you require garments for sizing, we strongly suggest that you use the sizing chart as provided on the product page or you can buy the garment(s) and keep them for sizing your staff.

THE SAMPLES POLICY:

FIRST you must download this RETURN AUTHORISATION REQUEST FORM, fill it in and send back with the item(s)

Please note that ALL Samples will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Clothing/Samples must be ordered online as per a normal product from our site.
  2. Clothing/Samples (including freight) must be paid for upfront at time of order, prior to us processing your order.
  3. Because we have to order in stock as you order it from our suppliers, when returning garments back to our suppliers, we do have expenses which need to be passed on to the customers using this service.
    1. A minimum charge of $10 or 10% (which ever is greater) per brand restocking fee will apply - fees are higher for multiple items, multiple brands and items not returned in sale condition (i.e staff repacking/folding/coding and returning to stock.). This is to cover the expenses involved with providing this service, to cover the manufacturers restocking fees and administration. We do not make profit from this service but we do need to cover costs associated with it. If you are not happy with this, then please do not buy samples from us.
    2. We also need to charge a $15 per brand Freight fee. This is to cover the expenses involved for us to freight the samples back to the manufacturer for the garments that you no longer require. We do not make profit from this service but we do need to cover costs associated with it. If you are not happy with this, then please do not buy samples from us.
      1. We can not do returns for John Kevin or Keval Shirts as per the suppliers T&C of trade.
  4. All samples must be returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
  5. To return samples, they must be repacked and with labels still attached which is how we have sent them to you. Failure to do so will force our supplier to decline the return
  6. Any garments returned to us soiled and or not in the original condition in packaging and with tags still on, will not be accepted back.
  7. A copy of the invoice MUST be included in the parcel and simply write on it what you want us to do in regards to supplying an Exchange or Credit.
  8. Samples will not be refunded, only credits for approved sample returns will be applied as stated above
  9. Freight fees are non-refundable and return freight fees are at customers expense.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not match our Returns Policy.
  11. If you are not happy with any of these points listed, then please consider not purchasing samples.

The Uniform Super Store business model is a simple and efficient model that aims to deliver the best possible products at the lowest possible prices. In order to provide the countries lowest prices for uniforms, we need to streamline our business processes. This means that as a wholesaler of apparel, we are able to sell to our customers thousands of products from leading brands. To save on overheads, we do not carry the stock in our business but rather order in the apparel as needed from our suppliers, to our factory where we do the embroidery and printing.

By not warehousing thousands of items, we are able to save our customers a lot of money! We have learnt with over 20 years experience in this industry, that Samples, Returns and Exchanges are one of the most expensive services, one of the most frustrating services and one of the most time consuming services to our customers and our staff. To avoid the hassles, we have streamlined this process acting in accordance with Fair Trading.

 

THE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

FIRST you must download this RETURN AUTHORISATION REQUEST FORM, fill it in and send back with the item(s)

Please note that ALL Garments will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • Garments being returned to us are freighted to us at the customers expense.
  • Garment(s) that have been embroidered, printed or branded can not be returned for Return or Exchange.
  • Approved return garments must be advised of and returned within 7 days of delivery receipt, in the original sale condition they were provided in, with tags attached and in original packaging. The uniform industry operates to supply as large a range as possible to as many customers as possible. To do this, stock is ordered in from a wide range of suppliers. To return items back to the suppliers is a very costly exercise and unfortunately, this is charged to the customer wishing to use this extra service. From the listed sample fees above, a customer can be paying from $25 just to do a sample return.

 

THE RETURNS & EXCHANGES OPTIONS:

We understand that our business model is not suited to everyone and for this reason, we make it very clear in a number of locations on our website how our business model operates. In fact, it is also in the T&C Agreed to by customers at time of order!

We strongly recommend ordering a product on our website in a size and colour that you will use in your bulk order so that you can send it back to us and we will embroider it with your order. 

Should you require garments for sizing, we strongly suggest that you use the sizing chart as provided on the product page or you can buy the garment(s) and keep them for sizing your staff.
