How an Embroidery Logo Set Works and What Affects Stitch Count

WHAT IS EMBROIDERY and HOW WILL IT BENEFIT YOUR BUSINESS OR CLUB?

Embroidery is a creative and durable way to showcase your logo. We use advanced embroidery software to digitise your logo into a computer-ready format, which allows our machines to stitch your design with exceptional accuracy. This means your brand or club logo can be professionally embroidered onto almost any garment using high-quality threads that really stand out.
In simple terms, embroidery lets us apply your logo directly onto clothing with needle and thread, creating a professional and long-lasting finish that gives your team, staff, or club members a polished, unified look.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I LIKE THE EMBROIDERY?

Once you place an order, we’ll set up your embroidery logo design and run a sample. We’ll email you a photo of this finished embroidery for your approval, so you know exactly what you’re getting before we start on your full order. We never embroider your garments until you’re totally happy with the sample. It’s simple and hassle-free.

***If you’re ordering fewer than 10 units and it’s a new design, we’ll send you a digital setup for approval instead of a stitched sample.

HOW CAN I GET FREE EMBROIDERY SET UP?

If you order over 100 garments that require embroidery, your embroidery logo set-up and sample are completely free. This is a great way to save on upfront costs when branding your business or club uniforms.

WHAT CAN YOU APPLY EMBROIDERY TO?

Embroidery is super versatile—it can be applied to almost any garment and fabric, from polos and jackets to hats and bags. This flexibility makes embroidery one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to brand your apparel, whether it’s for workwear, school uniforms, or club merchandise.

WHY USE EMBROIDERY FOR UNIFORMS?

Embroidery offers a polished, professional look that’s perfect for uniforms. It’s also incredibly durable—your logo will usually outlast the garment itself! Plus, embroidery is a budget-friendly choice for most businesses and clubs that want their branding to look sharp and last a long time.

WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR EMBROIDERY?

We can work with most image formats like JPEG, GIF, or PNG. However, for the best results and the sharpest embroidery logo set, we recommend sending us a vector art file from Illustrator or CorelDraw (.eps, .ai, .cdr). Vectors are easier to digitise, helping your logo look its best in thread.

WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD ALL THE EMBROIDERY AND SET UP PRICES?

There are lots of variables with embroidery, like stitch count, logo size, and colour count. Because every logo is unique, we prefer to quote each job individually to make sure you get the best price for your specific needs.
