DO I NEED TO ADD THE EMBROIDERY SET UP?
 
If you are need us to do a new set up or a change to a existing design, then yes you will need to select New Set Up. If you mistakenly miss this step, we will manually add it. 
 
WHAT NUMBER SHOUD I ADD, 1 OR THE VOLUME OF GARMENTS?
If you are only adding one new logo for all the garments added, then only add "ONE" to the order form.
 
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOGO?
If you want to add more than one logo to the garments, then change the amount of NEW SET UPS to reflect the new logos needed to be set up.
 
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD DIFFERENT LOGOS TO DIFFERENT GARMENTS?
If you want to add different logos to different garments, then we STRONGLY suggest that you do separate orders. Each different logo must have its own order so as to avoid any confusion.

First and foremost it provides one of the most professional looking options for branding your chosen garment(s). The next major benefit is that generally speaking, embroidery will out last your garment. Finally and possibly most importantly, it is cost effective!
 
WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR EMBROIDERY?
Generally speaking a JPEG, GIF, PNG are all we really need. A vector art file from Illustrator or CorelDraw (.eps, .ai, .cdr) gives the best results and is much easier for us to work with.
 
WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD ALL THE EMBROIDERY AND SET UP PRICES?
In our industry, we have so many options that are dependent upon so many variations to do with your logo, that we find it better to quote on a job by job basis. 
 
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL TIME LINE FOR ORDERS REQUIRING EMBROIDERY AND OR PRINTING?
If you require garments with a new embroidery set up , production time to dispatch is around 15-20 days.
If you require garments with a repeat embroidery design , production time to dispatch is around 10-15 days.
If you require garments with embroidery and printing , production time to dispatch is around 15-30 days.
