WHAT IS EMBROIDERY?
Embroidery is the process of transforming your logo or design into a digital file using advanced embroidery software, so our machines can stitch it onto your chosen garment. This digital process is called digitising. In simple terms, we take your logo and apply it to almost any piece of clothing using needle and thread, resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting finish that stands out.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I LIKE IT?
After you place your order, we’ll set up your embroidery and create a sample run. We’ll send you a photo of this sample via email for your approval, so you can see exactly how your logo will look before we start on your garments. We won’t proceed until you’re happy with the sample, making the process simple and stress-free.
HOW DO I GET FREE SET UP?
If you order more than 100 embroidered garments, we’ll cover the embroidery setup and provide your sample at no extra cost. It’s just one way we help you save and make bulk orders even more cost effective.

WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR EMBROIDERY?
For best results, send us your logo in a vector format like .eps, .ai, or .cdr (from Illustrator or CorelDraw). However, we can also work with JPEG, GIF, or PNG files. Vector files make digitising easier and ensure the highest stitch quality for your design.
WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD ALL THE EMBROIDERY AND SET UP PRICES?
With so many variables—like logo size, stitch count, number of colours, and garment type—every embroidery job is a little different. To make sure you get the most accurate and cost effective quote, we price each job individually based on your specific needs.
EXTRA EMBROIDERY FEES SUBJECT TO YOUR JOB AND OR LOGO.
NEW LOGO SET UP FEE.
$70 (exc gst)
REPEAT WORK FEE.
No fee.
EXTRA STITCH FEE.
The standard price on our website covers logos up to 10,000 stitches. Once your file is set up and approved, if your logo goes over 10,000 stitches, there’s a $1 charge for every extra 1,000 stitches. This ensures you only pay for the exact amount of embroidery required.
EXTRA COLOUR FEE.
Our base price includes up to 5 thread colours in your logo. If your design has more than 5 colours, there’s a $1 extra colour fee for each additional colour. This extra colour fee helps cover the extra time and materials needed to make your logo look perfect.
UNPACKING OF GARMENTS FEE.
We charge 50c per garment to unpack and prepare each item for embroidery. This fee also covers the disposal of packaging, so your order is ready to go as soon as it arrives.
BAG FEE.
Due to the extra care and complexity involved in embroidering bags, there’s a 50% price increase for bag embroidery. This ensures your bags get the attention to detail they need for the best possible results.
