REGARDING DELIVERY CHARGES.
When you order uniforms or apparel from Uniform Super Store, we bring in your selected garments from our garment supplier's warehouse. Each time we place an order with a supplier—whether it’s shipped directly to you or sent to us for branding like embroidery or printing—we pay a freight and handling fee. For some suppliers, this fee starts at $20.
To give you access to one of the largest ranges of uniforms and branded apparel across all industries, we don’t keep stock in our own warehouse. Instead, we order items as needed and then add your custom branding in our facility. This way, you have more choice and flexibility, but it does mean we pay freight every time we order garments from a supplier.
Our goal is to keep your uniform costs as low as possible. Because we only add a small markup to the price of apparel, we pass on the full delivery charges to you without inflating the garment price. We never hide delivery charges in the cost of the garments. This transparent approach ensures you always know what you’re paying for, and it lets us offer competitive prices on uniforms and branded apparel.
Since all the different brands we offer are stored in separate locations by our suppliers, we incur separate freight charges for each brand you order. This is why delivery charges on our site increase with each additional brand in your order. To help keep your delivery costs down, we recommend selecting your uniforms from the same brand wherever possible.

FREIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Uniform Super Store Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure your garments arrive as ordered, but we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. If your order hasn’t arrived, let us know and we’ll help track and trace your parcel. We work independently from all freight companies, so we cannot accept liability for delays or missed timelines caused by third-party carriers.
We’re both a wholesaler and retailer for uniforms and branded apparel, but we’re not partnered with any delivery service. Because of this, Uniform Super Store can’t be held responsible for any delays in delivery or if an order doesn’t arrive by a certain time. We encourage customers to order with enough lead time for both branding and shipping.
After your order leaves our premises or our garment supplier’s warehouse, responsibility for the delivery passes to you. If your order is shipped to a third party or another branding company, Uniform Super Store isn’t responsible for shortages or errors—these must be handled by the receiver. That said, we’re always here to help resolve any issues that come up.
If your uniforms are shipped directly to you, we’ll do everything we can to sort out and fix any mistakes or delivery problems. Our team is committed to supporting you at every step of the delivery process, so you get full value and peace of mind when ordering from Uniform Super Store.
