Product Description
The Branded Beanie That Keeps Your Team Warm, Looks Professional, and Carries Your Logo All Winter
Every Business Owner and Operations Manager ordering winter headwear for their team faces the same problem: most beanies either look too casual for a professional uniform program, use cheap acrylic that pills and loses its shape within a season, or don't provide enough embroidery space to carry a logo cleanly.
A beanie that looks inconsistent across a team — or falls apart before winter is over — undermines the professional image your business has spent years building.
At Uniforms.com.au, we've been equipping Australian teams since 1999 — from construction sites and cold storage facilities to hospitality venues, corporate teams, and outdoor education providers.
The Roll Up Cable Knit Snug Beanie (CH85) by Biz Collection is our answer: a 100% acrylic cable knit beanie with a roll-up cuff, available in five versatile colours — engineered to keep workers warm, look professional, and carry your brand cleanly through an entire Australian winter.
We don't outsource quality. We own the machines. Our in-house embroidery means your logo is applied with precision — every unit, every time.
Why Australian Teams Choose the CH85 Roll Up Cable Knit Snug Beanie
Chunky Cable Knit Pattern → Exceptional Insulation → Workers Stay Warm Through Cold Mornings and Winter Shifts
The chunky cable knit construction traps heat effectively — providing genuine warmth for workers in construction, cold storage, outdoor maintenance, warehousing, and any environment where cold-weather comfort is a productivity and wellbeing issue.
100% Acrylic Construction → Soft, Durable, Shape-Retaining → Maintains Its Look Through a Full Winter Season
The 100% acrylic fabric is soft against the skin, resistant to pilling, and holds its shape through repeated wear and washing — ensuring the beanie looks as good at the end of winter as it did at the start of the season.
Roll-Up Cuff → Adjustable Fit and Coverage → One Beanie Works for Every Head Size on Your Team
The roll-up cuff provides a personalised fit across a wide range of head sizes — rolled down for maximum ear coverage in extreme cold, or rolled up for a more relaxed fit in milder conditions. One size fits most, eliminating the sizing complexity of other headwear categories.
100mm x 50mm Embroidery Area → Generous Branding Space → Your Logo Sits Cleanly and Prominently on Every Beanie
The 100mm x 50mm embroidery area is one of the most generous available on a beanie in this category — providing ample space for company logos, team crests, and multi-element branding without crowding or distortion.
Five Colour Options → Matches Existing Uniform Palettes → Seamless Integration Into Any Winter Uniform Program
Available in Natural, Black, Grey Marle, Slate Blue, and Smoke Sage — a versatile range of neutral and contemporary tones that coordinate with virtually any existing uniform colour palette without clashing.
Branding Guide
The CH85 Roll Up Cable Knit Snug Beanie is designed to carry your brand cleanly and durably through the embroidery process.
Embroidery is the recommended and only appropriate decoration method for this beanie. The cable knit surface holds embroidery thread securely, delivering a professional, textured finish that maintains its appearance through repeated wear and washing.
The standard embroidery area is 100mm wide x 50mm high — positioned on the front cuff panel for maximum visibility. This accommodates most corporate logos, team crests, and multi-line text branding comfortably.
Our in-house embroidery team digitises your artwork and applies it with precision — every beanie in your order branded consistently, with zero variation across the run.

Real-World Use Case
Picture a Melbourne-based facilities management company with 60 workers across commercial building maintenance, grounds, and cleaning contracts throughout Victoria.
Their previous winter beanies had been sourced from a discount retailer: inconsistent colours that didn't match their uniform palette, no embroidery space large enough for the company logo, and cheap acrylic that pilled and lost its shape within a few weeks of daily wear.
They ordered the CH85 Roll Up Cable Knit Snug Beanie through Uniforms.com.au in Black, with the company's logo embroidered on the front cuff panel.
Our in-house embroidery team turned the order around efficiently — every beanie branded consistently, with zero variation across the run.
The result: a team that looks cohesive and professional through the entire Victorian winter, with branded headwear that holds its shape and carries the logo cleanly from the first cold morning to the last — and an Operations Manager who no longer replaces beanies mid-season.
That's the Uniforms.com.au difference — and it's what 25+ years of equipping Australian teams looks like in practice.

CEO FAQ — Answers for Business Buyers
Q: What is the embroidery area on the CH85 beanie?
A: The standard embroidery area is 100mm wide x 50mm high, positioned on the front cuff panel. This is one of the most generous embroidery areas available on a beanie in this category — accommodating most corporate logos, team crests, and multi-line text branding without crowding or distortion. Our in-house team will advise on artwork sizing and placement before production begins.
Q: Does one size really fit most adults?
A: Yes. The combination of the stretchy acrylic knit construction and the roll-up cuff provides a comfortable, secure fit across the vast majority of adult head sizes. The roll-up cuff can be adjusted for additional coverage or a more relaxed fit — making this a genuinely versatile one-size solution for team orders.
Q: Which colour is most popular for corporate uniform programs?
A: Black is the most versatile choice for corporate and workwear uniform programs, coordinating with virtually any existing uniform palette. Grey Marle and Slate Blue are popular for teams with grey or blue-dominant uniform colours. Natural and Smoke Sage suit hospitality, outdoor education, and lifestyle-oriented brands. Select your colour from the options above.
Q: Can you embroider our company logo on the CH85 beanie?
A: Absolutely. We handle all embroidery in-house — we own the machines and control the quality at every step. Your logo will be digitised and applied with precision to the front cuff panel. This is what we've done for Australian businesses since 1999.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for team orders?
A: Yes. The more you buy, the greater the discount. Whether you're ordering for a team of 20 or a workforce of 500, your per-unit cost decreases as your order volume increases. Contact our team for a tailored quote.
Q: Are 30-Day Accounts available?
A: Yes. Established businesses can apply for 30-Day Account terms, allowing you to manage uniform and merchandise procurement within your standard accounts payable cycle. Reach out to our team to discuss eligibility and setup.
Q: Can I order a sample before committing to a full team order?

InHouse Branding Experts
With over 30 years experience in the uniform & merchandise industry, we know from "experience" what form of branding works best with what type of products.
Trust the company trusted by over 23,000 Australians to take your brand to the next level and elevate you above your competitors.

Put Your Brand on Their Head — And in Everyone’s Sight
Headwear is one of the most powerful yet underrated tools for brand exposure. Unlike many other uniform items, caps and hats sit at eye level — making your logo instantly visible in conversations, on job sites, at events, and in everyday public settings.
Every time your team steps outside, they become a walking billboard, creating repeated impressions that build familiarity and trust with your brand.
Branded headwear also travels further than most uniforms. Caps are often worn beyond work hours — to the gym, the shops, weekend sport, or social events — extending your brand’s reach well past the workplace.
Beyond visibility, headwear creates unity and professionalism. A well-designed cap or hat completes a uniform, reinforces team identity, and signals credibility to customers. When your team looks consistent and confident, your brand feels established and trustworthy — and that perception is priceless in competitive markets.

Small Gift. Big Impact. Maximum Brand Return.
Headwear is one of the most cost-effective promotional products you can offer — yet it delivers outsized impact.
For a relatively low investment per unit, you can reward loyal customers with something practical, wearable, and genuinely appreciated. Unlike many giveaway items that get discarded, a quality cap or hat has real perceived value, making it far more likely to be kept and worn repeatedly.
Because headwear is functional and versatile, customers don’t see it as “just another promo item.” They wear it to events, on weekends, at sporting games, and on holidays — giving your brand ongoing exposure long after the initial interaction. Each wear creates new impressions, turning a simple thank-you gift into a mobile advertisement that keeps working for you.
Best of all, branded headwear feels generous without stretching your budget. It allows you to reward customers, celebrate milestones, or support promotions while maintaining strong margins. It’s a smart, scalable way to build loyalty, increase brand visibility, and leave a lasting impression — all for very little cost.
FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How long has Uniforms.com.au been in business?
We started last century! 1999 to be exact. We are still the same family owned and operated and have made life long friends that were once new customers.
Do you outsource your embroidery & printing?
We are one of the very few uniform businesses in this country that have actually invested in to our own embroidery and print machines.
By keeping your branding in house, we are able to produce high quality merchandise with quicker time lines.
Are you Australian based?
100% owned and operated right here in Australia. We service the entire country as well as New Zealand and overseas customers from our factory in Australia.
What if I can't find what I am looking for on your site?
Our online store displays all our biggest selling and most popular products. Chances are that if you have a unique request not displayed on the site, we possibly still have it!
We continually add products daily to the site to keep it up to date but by all means, start a live chat with us if you can not find what you are looking for. We are here to help.
What artwork file format do you need?
For Embroidery, we can operate with any file.
For Printing, we prefer vector files such as EPS or PDF.
Vector artwork ensures clean, sharp branding and accurate reproduction across embroidery and printing.
What is stitch count and how does it affect price?
Stitch count refers to the number of stitches used in an embroidered logo.
Higher stitch counts mean more detail and higher production time, which increases cost. Simple logos are more cost-effective, while detailed designs cost more.
What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery is a premium, highly durable option ideal for polos, shirts, and jackets.
Screen printing is best for large, colourful designs and high-volume orders, offering excellent visual impact at a lower cost per unit.
How do I determine the right size for my staff?
We recommend using half-chest measurements, which are the most accurate way to size uniforms consistently across brands and styles.
This method reduces sizing errors and ensures a better fit than relying on generic S-XL sizing alone.
Can we mix and match uniform styles but still look cohesive?
Yes — mixing styles works well when there is consistency in colour, branding, and fit.
Using the same logo placement, colour palette, and garment category ensures a unified, professional appearance while giving staff flexibility.
How often should uniforms be replaced?
Uniforms should be reviewed every 12–18 months.
Replacement timing depends on job role, wash frequency, and brand standards. Regular reviews help maintain a consistent, professional image and ensure staff comfort and safety.
What is the best fabric for daily wear and workplace durability?
The best fabrics for everyday workwear are breathable, durable fabric blends, such as cotton-polyester combinations.
These blends offer comfort, strength, colour retention, and reduced shrinkage, making them ideal for long shifts, frequent washing, and physically demanding workplaces.
How many uniforms should each staff member have?
We recommend 3–5 uniform sets per staff member.
This allows for daily wear, washing cycles, and unexpected spills or damage while maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Having multiple sets also extends the lifespan of each garment and reduces last-minute uniform stress for your team.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — bulk discounts are available.
Larger orders reduce unit costs, making bulk purchasing the most economical option for growing teams.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Typical timelines are:
3–5 working days for standard printing
10–15 working days for custom embroidery or larger orders
Delivery times may vary based on stock availability and order complexity.
We are a large business, are you able to assist with our unique needs?
Absolutely! We have serviced some of Australia's most well known brands throughout this great country. Reach out to us and let us show you how we can streamline your uniform ordering process.
How should I care for printed or embroidered garments?
To maximise garment life:
Wash inside out
Use cold or cool water
Avoid tumble drying
Do not iron directly over prints
Proper care preserves colour, shape, and branding.
Are there eco-friendly or sustainable promotional products?
Yes — we offer a wide range of eco-friendly and sustainable promotional products, including recycled, reusable, and biodegradable options.
What are the most effective promotional products?
Popular and effective promotional items include pens, mugs, bags, and drink tumblers.
These products offer high visibility, daily use, and strong brand recall.
