FREE UNLIMITED LOGO(S).
You’re free to incorporate all the logos you need, in any combination of colors and placements, without extra fees. This makes our custom made sublimated garments ideal for sponsors, clubs, or events looking to maximize visibility and impact. * Please note that the RAVAR logo will be added to every custom garment, measuring approximately 7cm-10cm wide.
FREE SET UP(S).
Send us your logos in EPS, AI, or Vector format (with text outlined) and we’ll set everything up for you at no charge. That’s free setup — so you can focus on designing the look you want without worrying about unexpected costs.
UNLIMITED COLOURS.
We create sublimated garments using a set number of core colors, but you don’t have to stick to those. Choose and adjust any colors to perfectly match your uniform or branding requirements for a truly custom look.
FABRIC.
Crafted from 100% polyester, our high-tech moisture removal sports fabric is engineered for comfort and performance. This advanced material not only wicks away sweat fast but also encourages airflow, keeping you cool even during intense activity. Perfect for sports uniforms and active events where comfort is key.
SIZING.
Since sizing varies globally, we’ve built a universal size chart displaying both metric and imperial measurements. It’s easy to find the right fit, no matter where you’re based.
NOTE WORTHY.
With sublimation printing on white polyester, dark colors near stitching or button areas might show small white speckles close to seams or holes — this is a natural effect of the process and totally normal. See how this looks here.
CONDITIONS.
There’s a minimum order of 10 units for any new custom made sublimated job. Production turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks, so plan ahead for events or team needs. Because each order is personalized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after ordering — so please double check sizes, as it’s your responsibility to order correctly.

Samples & Returns
SAMPLES & RETURNS POLICY.
At Uniforms.com.au, we understand the importance of seeing and feeling a product before committing to a larger order. While we’d love to send out free samples to everyone, here’s why we can’t: All garments are dispatched as brand new, and we follow strict quality and hygiene protocols that prevent us from reusing or reselling returned items.There are also significant costs associated with:
- Samples not being returned.
- Items returned in unsatisfactory condition.
- Time spent processing, dispatching, and following up on samples.
- Supplier restocking fees and administration.
Here's How Our Sample Process Works:
- All samples must be purchased upfront and are charged at the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees.
- Samples cannot be sent out unpaid or on approval.
- If you proceed with a bulk order (50+ units of the sampled style), we’re often happy to credit the sample cost back – just ask our team when ordering. Limit of 1 item.
- Samples can be returned to us for decoration if required.
Returning Samples:
- Should you require to send back samples, by law we do not have to accept them but we can. Please note that the garments must be repacked and retagged exactly as we received otherwise the return can not be accepted.
- Reutrn Freight charges are at customers cost.
- Samples must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
- Samples returned will recieve a store credit only and not a refund.
- A Return Processing Fee and Restocking Fee of $30 or 10% of the order (which ever is greater) will be charged. This is oncharged to us by the logisitics company that processes all returns.
Please note that we have added size charts to every product as well as a Australian First "Fitting Room" so that you can upload a picture of yourself and try on the garments digitally.
