This is for repeat logos. In other words, logos that we have already set up and printed for you in the past.
 
This is our go to method for printing of uniforms and merchandise apparel.
 
The great thing about our DTF Print method is that you only pay one set up for unlimited colours!!!
Before DTF Printing was invented, you would have pay $70 per colour.... but now.... you only pay a $50 set up fee regardless of the amount of colours in your logo.

WHAT IS DTF PRINTING?

DTF Printing is the process of printing your designs onto a special, transferrable material. We can use this method of printing for both light and dark coloured T-Shirts or any other garments. The material used for dark T-Shirts and garments is slightly thicker compared to the white ones. The material used when printing onto white garments is transparent and therefore uses the white of the garment to make the colours stand out whereas the base vinyl for coloured garments is white and so the colours are printed used a CMYK process on top of the white substrate.

WHEN IS IT BEST TO USE DTF PRINTING?
DTF printing is perfect for small orders. It is cost effective, quick and has a decent shelf life. It is ideal for sporting clubs or small business due to the cost effectiveness of the print. 
 
WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR DTF PRINTING?
A vector art file from Illustrator (.eps, .ai, .cdr) gives the best results and is much easier for us to work with.
 
WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD THE SET UP PRICES?
In our industry, we have so many options that are dependent upon so many variations to do with your logo, that we find it better to quote on a job by job basis. 
 
 
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A REPEAT SET UP FEE?
Setting up the print machine and software for your logo(s) can be time consuming. It is not as simple as just getting the garment and putting your print on it. We have our staff have to recreate the artwork and then put in to the print machine and then print the garments. This is why we need to charge a repeat set up fee to cover the costs incurred with getting everything ready so that we can do a high quality print job for you.
