We can print millions of colours to reproduce any logo no matter how complex. There really is no limitations. The pricing model is deliberately simple making this easy to understand an simple to quote. All this adds up to the future of heat transfer printing.
 
NEW SET UP... DO I NEED TO ADD THE PRINT SET UP?
If you are need us to do a new set up or a change to a existing design, then yes you will need to select New Set Up. If you mistakenly miss this step, we will manually add it. 
For each new logo, simply add the number and add to cart.
 
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOGO?
If you want to add more than one logo to the garments, then change the amount of NEW SET UPS to reflect the new logos needed to be set up.
 
REPEAT SET UP...  DO I NEED TO PAY A SET UP FOR PRINTING EVERYTIME I ORDER?
No. Unlike our competitors , we dont believe that you should pay having your artwork set up again. You have paid for your kulaInk DTF print to be set up once, that is enough..
 
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes. Our minimum order for printing is only 10 units.
  
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD DIFFERENT LOGOS TO DIFFERENT GARMENTS?
If you want to add different logos to different garments, then we STRONGLY suggest that you do separate orders. Each different logo must have its own order so as to avoid any confusion.
 
DOES THE SET UP FEE INCREASE ACCORDING TO THE AMOUNT OF COLOURS IN THE LOGO?
NO! This is the great thing about our new KulaINK Print method. There is only a set up fee per job. Unlike Screen printing whereby you have to pay set up fees per colour, our method has one small fee.

WHAT IS KULAINKTRANSFER PRINTING?

KULAINK Transfer Printing is the process of printing your designs onto a special, transferrable material. We can use transfer printing for both light and dark coloured T-Shirts or any other garments. The material used for dark T-Shirts and garments is slightly thicker compared to the white ones. The material used when printing onto white garments is transparent and therefore uses the white of the garment to make the colours stand out whereas the base vinyl for coloured garments is white and so the colours are printed used a CMYK process on top of the white substrate.

WHEN IS IT BEST TO USE TRANSFER PRINTING?
Transfer printing is perfect for small orders. It is cost effective, quick and has a decent shelf life. It is ideal for sporting clubs or small business due to the cost effectiveness of the print. 
 
WHAT FORMAT DOES OUR LOGO NEED TO BE IN FOR TRANSFER PRINTING?
A vector art file from Illustrator or CorelDraw (.eps, .ai, .cdr) gives the best results and is much easier for us to work with.
 
WHY DOESN'T THE WEBSITE AUTOMATICALLY ADD ALL THE TRANSFER PRINTING AND SET UP PRICES?
In our industry, we have so many options that are dependent upon so many variations to do with your logo, that we find it better to quote on a job by job basis. 
 
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL TIME LINE FOR ORDERS REQUIRING EMBROIDERY AND OR PRINTING?
If you require garments with a new print set up , production time to dispatch is around 15-20 days.
If you require garments with a repeat print design , production time to dispatch is around 10-15 days.
If you require garments with embroidery and printing , production time to dispatch is around 15-30 days.
