We have implemented procedures to protect our staff and help stop the spread of the coronavirus. One of the steps implemented is that there are currently NO Showroom pick ups permitted. All orders will be freighted from the logistics company warehousing the stock . We are not carrying stock in Bayswater.
STOCK LEVELS... Please READ the product description for the product you wish to order. It will show you stock levels as of this morning. Those levels change by the minute but we are doing our best to update at the start of each day. If you order something that is out of stock, we will automatically put it on back order.
SAVE ON FREIGHT... To save on the freight fee, we suggest ordering tops and bottoms of the same brand. This allows us to ship from the one warehouse and only charge you the one freight fee. If you order two or more brands, you will incur additional freight fees as all brands are stored in separate warehouses.
BE NICE... Our staff are doing everything they can to prioritise your order. Stock levels are changing every day and we can not predict what will sell within any given minute. Please read the description to see if stock is on back order. We are shipping out Scrub orders as quickly as possible and notifying you of back orders as SOON as we know. Office staff are working remotely with restrictions on access to information.
DELIVERY TIMES... We dispatch in around 1-2 days from Melbourne after payment. From their you have your freight time from Melbourne to you. We do not know the exact delivery date as this is handled by the courier.
